These revisions are <br />subject to the procedure outlined in paragraph 9 of the Contract. <br /> <br />In addition to the above work tasks, the Contractor shall <br />participate in five one-day meetings of advisors for the study, <br />said advisors to be selected by the State. The Contractor shall <br />prepare such materials for these meetings as the State may re- <br />quire. Meetings also will be required with various governmental <br />agencies for information and data collection purposes. The <br />Contractor shall meet with the State as required to discuss <br />study related matters and to present findings on pro~ect alterna- <br />tives. Finally, the Contractor shall make oral status reports to <br />the State not less than every two weeks and shall furnish written <br />status reports to the State every four weeks. <br /> <br />This study shall be closely coordinated by the State with <br />the proposed White River Study being sponsored by the District. <br /> <br />2 <br />
