BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOfVN OF RIDGrvAY, STATE OF
COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS:

I

Section 1. The water tap fees and use fees established by Ordinance No. 1
(Series 1974) have been found inadequate for proper maintenance
of the municipal water system for the Town of Ridgway.

Section 2. Section 2.3 of Ordinance No. 1 (Series 1974) is hereby amended bi,.-
substituting the figure "$400.00" for the figure "$250.00" as the
tap fee for a one-half inch tap.

Section 3. Section 4-1 of Ordinance No. L (Series 1974), as it pertains to
water_service-charge;-~s hereby amended-to read as follows:
