Alternate II - Alternate II is to be considered as the last resort.
Primary concerns are for the pump costs versus the cost per capita
for_water consumption. Noted for long periods of electrical failure,
the service area would be totally dependent on the treated water
storage tank for water. As the lines become older and exfiltration
increases, the pumping cost will be reflective of this. The quality
of water is not as good as the other four alternatives, nor does the
quantity exist at all times.
