II

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

The District has incurred a debt to finance the expansion of its treatment

and distribution system. The outstanding debt will be completely satisfied in

2006. Prior to that year, the District's projected revenue will not support the

entire payment on this project. A summary of the projected revenue, operation

and maintenance expenses, prior bond payments, and payments for this project is

presented in Table 8-8-6. With the current projections, the net income will

show a deficit between 1991 and 2006. The cost per tap, for representative

years, to satisfy this deficit is presented in Table 8-8-7.

Future Projects

Projects this District should consider for future planning include

developing additional storage for both raw and treated water. Jerry Creek

Reservoir could be enlarged to store the total decreed amount for the reservoir

and the Northside Storage Tank could be constructed. To meet demand beyond the

year 2006, additional 36-inch raw water pipeline could be constructed and looped

into the delivery system.
