SCOPE OF STUDY

The information to be assembled for this study will utilize insofar
as possible the previous studies that have been completed.

Engineering information will be completed in addition to the 1975
Report. Additional soils and geologic information will be completed,
field survey cross-sections will be prepared, and new sketches and
calculations of proposed improvement quantities will be completed.

This study will consider restoring the Reservoir to the decreed
high water line. We do not anticipate consideration for increasing
the height, realigning the embankment, or alternate reservoir sites.
These have been discussed as possibilities.

This study is to be a Preliminary Study, and may determine that
additional information may be required prior to Design. However,
several of the proposed items will be a basis for design.

- 2 -
