Discharge from McCall Lake to the Longmont Supply Ditch to be used for <br />irrigation of Hover Acres Park (7.8 acres), <br /> <br />2. Discharge from .McCall Lake to users of the Longmont Supply Ditch <br />located downstream of McCall Lake in exchange for an equivalent volume <br />of St. Vrain Creek water at the Longmont North and South Pipeline, <br /> <br />3. Discharge from McCall Lake to the Oligarchy Ditch via the Longmont <br />Supply Ditch for irrigation of Dawson Park (11.1 acres), Carr Park (7.0 <br />acres), Lanyon Park (8.0 acres), Clark Park (42.5 acres), Rothrock - <br />Dell Park (5.3 acres) and 21st and Francis (6.0 acres), <br /> <br />4. Discharge from McCall Lake to the Oligarchy Ditch, run into Union <br />Reservoir and exchange into Buttonrock Reservoir when the exchange <br />opportunity exists, <br /> <br />5. Discharge from McCall Lake into the Oligarchy and exchange for an <br />equivalent volume of Burch Lake water, which can be used directly in the <br />Wade Gaddis Filter Plant, <br /> <br />6. Discharge from McCall Lake to users of the Oligarchy Ditch located <br />downstream of McCall Lake in exchange for an equivalent volume of St. <br />Vrain Creek water at the Longmont North and South pipelines. <br /> <br />The total cost of the project based on a January 1988 bid date and project <br /> <br />completion in 1988 would be $435,000. Half of the initial project costs will be <br /> <br />financed by the City in their 1988 raw water system budget and the remaining <br /> <br />half will be financed by the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB). Payback <br /> <br />of the CWCB portion will be in 10 years. <br /> <br />ii <br />
