The following. outlines the tasks to be <br />carried out in the feasibility report: <br /> <br />2.0 Task 1 - Prepare Prefacing Material <br /> <br />The feasi bil ity report will be prefaced wi th i nfonnati ona:l materi al rel ati ng <br />to the project and summari zi ng the positi on of interested entities. The <br />letter of transmittal is one of these items and will be signed by a designated <br />office of the applying organization. Additional material will include a <br />resolution of support by the governing body of the applying organization. The <br />resolution shall contain the estimated cost, applicant's contribution, state <br />financial assistance requested, amounts of loans or grants from other sources, <br />and proposed repayment period. In this project, the amount and application of <br />a portion of the CDOW and the minority owner, Colorado-Ute Electric <br />Association, will be identified. <br /> <br />Other preface material \~ill include reports and position letters from other <br />interested agencies or entities. The CDOW will be called upon to express <br />their positions regarding effects of the expansion of the reservoir on Fish <br />and Wil dl ife. Appl icabl e water conservancy and water conservation di stricts, <br />and appropriate federal agencies will also be contacted and comments solicited. <br /> <br />The preface wi 11 contai n the report tabl e of contents, 1 i sts of exhi bi ts and <br />maps, and an executi ve summary that presents the concl usi ons and <br />recommendations of the feasibility study. <br /> <br />3.0 Task 2 - Report General Infonnation <br /> <br />General infonnation will be assembled and included in the first chapter of the <br />feasibility report to allow the readers a clear and initial reference base of <br />the project location, features, and description of existing facilities. This. <br />infonnation will include a project map, of a scale to include the Elkhead Lake <br />location, the City of Craig, and the confluence of Elkhead Creek with the <br />Yampa River.
