<br />Pursuant to notice duly and properly given, the Adjourned Fourth
<br />Regular Meeting for 1986 of the Board of Directors for the Colorado
<br />River Water Conservation District was held on Tuesday, October 21, 1986
<br />at the Sheraton Thunderhead Lodge, Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The
