This will be for the Lower Division.

It was mentioned that one bid received from a. contractor was for a
ditch to run 37 cu. sec. ft. of liater. The total shares owned by the ,
people in the Lower Decker is either 83 or 84 shares, which would entitle
them to nm 21 cu. sec. ft. It takes 4 shares for an 80 acre iann or
B shares for a 160 acre farm. Four shares erltitles an owner to run
1 cu. sec. ft. of water and 8 shares entitles that owner to 2 cu, sec. ft.
of 'iSter. According to these figures some people have been running
.more liB ter than they've been enti tIed to nul.

There was no further business, so the meeting was adjourned.

PRES.

SEC.

.

.
