The preliminary plans are based on the preliminary engineering report as <br />well as recent survey data and alignment changes. I have also enclosed the <br />preliminary engineering report for your convenience. <br /> <br />As stated in the preliminary engineering report the job will follow NRCS practice <br />codes 428 and 587, Non-reinforced Concrete Ditch and Canal Lining and Structure <br />for Water Control respectively.
