The soils found on the site are olney - fine sandy loam, and <br />Thedalund - loam of the Wel~ County South soil survey, and <br />should not need any special study. <br />b. There is a need to consider additional capacity (beyond the <br />apportioned delivery) for surcharge from rainfall on drainage <br />areas above, return flows to, and spring river runs in the Eaton <br />deli very ditch. <br />c. During the late fall and early spring there should be dry <br />subsurface conditions to facilitate construction. <br />d. The Decker Lateral ditch bOard is preparing assessments based on <br />costs vs. share ownership. ~o additional study should be needed. <br />e.
