BONDS <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED by the undersigned duly authorized officer of the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board ("the Board") that: <br /> <br />1. This consent is delivered in connection with the issuance of the Town of Erie, <br />Colorado, Water Enterprise Bonds, Series 1997B, in the aggregate principal amount of <br />$8,325,000 ("the Bonds''), which were authorized to be issued pursuant to Ordinance No. 574, <br />passed and adopted by the Board ofTrustees ("the Board of Trustees") of the Town of Erie ("the <br />Town") on July 31, 1997. <br /> <br />2. The Town has heretofore entered into Loan Contract C-153668 dated March 3,1994 <br />(the "Loan Contract'') pursuant to which the Board loaned $1,544,000 to the Town, which loan is <br />to be repaid from revenues of the water system. . <br /> <br />3.
