TIME PROJECTIONS

The task of projecting when development will occur is more difficult
than projecting the ultimate development of a given area. The time
projection is dependent on numerous factors such as economic conditions,
political philosophy, housing demand, utility availability, and the
desires of the land owner or developer.

Table 11-7 is an estimate of the new service requirements for the areas
of the District. Currently, there is an almost complete moratorium on
sewer service connections by the Breckenridge Sanitation District. The
Sanitation District serves the Warrior's Mark and Peak Seven areas. The
lots available for housing are limited because of problems involved in
obtaining an individual waste system permit. It is expected that in 1983
or 1984, a sewage collection system will bE constructed to serve this
area. This is about the same time that the moratorium on sewer taps
will be lifted and construction will proceed to whatever levels the market
will bear.

11-13
