SCOPE <br /> <br />The ultimate purpose of this report is to present the final Water <br /> <br /> <br />Facilities Master Plan for the study area. The specific topics examined <br /> <br />herein include: <br /> <br />1. Ultimate population and growth projections. <br />2. Present and future water demand and consumption. <br /> <br />3. Fire protection requirements. <br /> <br />4. Water storage requirements. <br />5. Water rights requirements. <br />6. System improvements. <br /> <br />7. Cost estimates for system improvements. <br />8. Financial Program <br /> <br />C. STUDY AREA <br /> <br />The study area for this report includes four areas within the District as <br /> <br />shown on Figure 1-1 and as follows: <br /> <br />1.
