Combine the three existing water supply systems in the Peak
Seven area into one new system. All three systems are
marginal to poor in the water produced with the Upper
Slope system originally constructed as a temporary system.
2. Construct necessary storage facilities to comply with fire
flow and water usage requirements. The existing storage
capacities are very inadequate.
3. Initiate and conclude a metering program as the best device
available to conserve water and improve on equitable payments
from the customer.
4. Perfect the District's conditional water rights and pursue the
acquisition of senior water rights thru an augumentation plan
t~retire the District's consumption use water to protect
the District's junior water rights from call by other senior
rights holders.

There are other minor recommendations made in each section of the
report and the Master Facilities Plan.

To follow through on the recommendations, the following items should
be constructed:
A. Warrior's Mark System
1. 500,000 gallon storage reservoir
2. Warrior's Mark pump station

xvii
