The Town is entirely zoned, operates under <br />a new Subdivision Ordinance adopted in 1974, and the Uniform Building Code, Uniform <br />Plumbing Code and the Uniform Electrical Code, all adopted as the most recent re- <br />visions. The Town is in the process of revisin9 and updating the street, water, <br />and sewer code to properly govern the growth now occurring. <br /> <br />-10- <br />
