Additional <br />effort required by our staff to assemble and evaluate finan- <br />cial information from the Town Of Oak Creek for purposes of <br />preparing Chapters VI and VII ot the CWCB feasibility report <br />will be undertaken on a unit rate basis as listed below and <br />according to our Standard Conditions for Engagement. We will <br />notify you in advance if the eftort required will exceed the <br />40 hours of effort assumed in preparing our cost estimate. <br /> <br />If the results of the Phase I, Task I and Task 2 work <br />indicate that no spillway modifications will be required, we <br />will meet the the Town of Oak creek, the CWCB, and the SEO to <br />discuss the results. Provided the SEO indicates a preliminary <br />acceptance of the study results, we will modify the Task 5 <br />work to include preparation of only a Technical Engineering <br />Report for the SEO and will eliminate the Phase I, Tasks 3 and <br />4 work. Invoices will be prepared monthly based on actual <br />hours worked and expenses incurred during the preceding month. <br />The total estimated costs given above for the Phase I work <br />will not be exceeded without prior authorization by the Town <br />of Oak Creek. Each invoice will be due within 30 days of the <br />
