Fact sheet on loans.
2. Loan Application.
3. "Sample" loan application filled out.
4. "Sample" Feasibility Study.

To conduct a Feasibility Study for the reservoirs we would estimate approximately $4,000 to $6,000
per study. The range is due to some unknowns we have at this time with regard to exact scope of
work and the availability of existing information such as water rights, storage records, and company
information such as history, financial information, incorporation information, etc. The more
information you can provide us the less the study will cost.

In reality, the Feasibility Study does not have to be conducted by an engineer. The reservoir Owner
can follow the CWCB Sample Feasibility Study and conduct the study yourself. If you have the
time and are willing to deal with the CWCB staff engineers you can provide a study without
additional help.

I hope this information gives you what you need to get the ball rolling. We would be glad to pursue
this further if you so desire. Please call me if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
~GEOTECHNICAL

;!f 4 -----
~ ,(
Duane H.
