Section 3. Installation. Division boxes
shall be im,talled under the supervision of the
SuperiQtendent. The stockholder shall pay the
first cost ot installation and thereafter the
company shall maintain and renew Bame when
necessary. Ii essential, a water user ma.y have
more than one box-but shall be held strictly
accountable vhat no more water is used in his
boxes than he is entitled to, that replacement boxes for
existing be pipe and gate and partial flumes. It .hall be the
re.ponsibility of the owner to provide an accurate means of
measuring the amount of water to be div'ided. Divi.ion
boxes shall be approved by the board of directors and in-
stalled under the supervision of the superintendent.

Water ma.y be cbanged from one box OT
user to another; however. if it shall appear
that such shifting or the diversion of water
S'ball seriously impair the equilibrium of the
flow of water in the ditch, the Board of Di.
rectors shall make an equitable regulation of
!the maUer.

Section 4. Superintendent Shall Attend
Meetings. The Superintendent shall receive
notice of and attend all meetings of the Board
of Directors, and shall report the condition of
the irrigation system of the corporation to tilie
stockholders at all annual meetings.

ARTICLE X
Fiscal Year
The fiscal year of the oorporation shall be-
gin on the first day of January of each year

and end on the 31st day of Decembe,r of the
same year.

Amendments

These by-laws may be altered, amended or repealed by
the stockholders at any regular or special ""eeting,
providing that notice of such meeting shall contain a copy
of the proposed alteration, amendment or repeal.
