<br />#6 is for a combined storage of 20,546 acre-feet. Priority Number 108, at a depth of 38 feet from the
<br />bottom of the outlet conduit on Reservoir #6,

<br />Storage rights for North Poudre Reservoir #4 include the initial decree in 1889 for a decreed storage
<br />capacity of 1,074 acre-feet at a gage height of 15 feet. After an enlargement in 1909 the storage
<br />capacity was increased by 707 acre-feet to a total storage decree of 1,718 acre-feet at gage height 22
<br />feet. Refill decrees with Priority Numbers of 136K and 136KC were granted later allowing the
<br />reservoir to be refilled under certain conditions,
<br />
<br />Storage rights for Indian Creek Reservoir include the initial decree in 1904 for a decreed storage
<br />capacity of 895 acre-feet of water at a gage height of 19,2 feet. After an enlargement in 1946 the
<br />storage capacity was increased by 1.011 acre-feet to a total of 1,906 acre-feet at gage height 26 feet.
<br />Refill decrees with Priority Number 136P were granted later allowing the reservoir to be refilled under
<br />certain conditions.

<br />decrees for the reservoirs is included in Appendix C,
