<br />Option number two would construct a 500-foot long spillway at the existing spillway location to handle
<br />PMF waters for the sub-basin immediately surrounding Indian Creek Reservoir and lower the
<br />downstream bank of the Cheyenne Ditch approximately three feet to allow PMF waters from the
<br />extensive upstream sub-basins to flow into the historic Indian Creek basin, The construction of an
<br />earthen berm at the inlet to Indian Creek Reservoir would ensure that only a limited amount of
<br />floodwaters would enter Indian Creek Reservoir, Extensive survey data will be needed to determine
<br />exact spillway length and berm height. A cost estimate for this option can be found in Table 8,
