<br />The second option considered would maintain the dam crest at approximately the existing elevation of
<br />gage height 22 feet. move the spillway to near the center of the dam, fill the existing spillway. fill low
<br />areas along the right abutment, replace the existing outlet works and Parshall flume, install a new toe
<br />drain, reshape the upstream face of the dam, and riprap the upstream face of the dam and spillway
<br />area, This option would bring the dam into compliance with State regulations and allow the storage of
<br />water to approximately gage height 19 feet, A cross-section near the outlet of this option is shown in
<br />Figure 5, The majority of this construction could be accomplished on NPIC lands. The estimated cost
<br />to complete this option is shown in Table 6,
