There are no <br />exchange agreements in effect, or contemplated in the future, between the City <br />and agricultural users in the region. <br /> <br />r~ost of the land that will be inundated by the enlarged reservoir is steeply <br />sloping grassland and is owned by the CDOW. Approximately 25 acres of <br />wetl ands bel ongi ng to or under easement to the CDOW wi 11 be flooded at the <br />upstream end of the reservoir. An agreement reached between the CDOW and the <br />U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLMl over the inundation of a small parcel of <br />land under their jurisdiction will have to be extended. <br /> <br />Figure IIl.l is a property ownership map of the land surrounding the existing <br />and enlarged reservoir. <br /> <br />- 14 - <br />
