Mining: Except as expressly permitted on <br /> <br />the plat, no derrick or other structure designed for use in <br /> <br />boring for.oil or natural gas shall be erected, placed or <br /> <br />permitted upon any part of any Lot, nor shall any oil, <br /> <br />natural gas, petroleuln, asphaltum, or hydro-carbon products <br /> <br />or minerals of any kind be produced or extracted therefrom. <br /> <br />No quarrying, mining, dredging or excavating, of any type or <br /> <br />nature, shall be done on any Lot. <br /> <br />Section 22.
