Residential Use. The Lots are for single- <br /> <br />family residential purposes only. No building or structure <br />------ <br />intended for or adapted to business purposes, and no apart- <br /> <br />ment house, double house, lodging house, rooming house, <br /> <br />hospital, sanatorium or doctor's office, or multiple family <br /> <br />dwelling shall be erected, placed, permitted or maintained <br /> <br />on a Lot, or on any part thereof. All buildings erected on <br /> <br />such Lots shall be of new construction. <br /> <br />Section 2.
