Should these royalties ever be insufficient to repay the CWCB loan, the <br />HOA has the authority to assess its membership. <br /> <br />2 Existing and future indebtedness <br /> <br />The Wadley Farm HOA has no existing and plans no future indebtedness other than <br />this proposed loan. <br />
