Financial plan <br /> <br />1 Sources of financing for the project <br /> <br />Financing for the project will be fi-om oil well royalties owned by the Wadley Farms <br />HOA. These royalties were $42,560,89 and $58,970.53 in 1994 and 1993, <br />respectively. Should these royalties ever be insufficient to repay the CWCB loan, the <br />HOA has the authority to assess its membership. <br /> <br />2 Existing and future indebtedness <br /> <br />The Wadley Farm HOA has no existing and plans no future indebtedness other than <br />this proposed loan. <br />
