Bruce Smith, the Town Manager of the Town of <br />Palisade recently wrote to you in response to your request that a <br />conveyance be executed with respect to the interest in the cabin <br />reservoir as called for by the contract dated March 1, 1982, <br />Section A5. <br /> <br />I am advised that the cabin reservoir is located on property <br />owned by the BUreaU Qf Land Management, and presumably subject to <br />lease or permit in favor of the Town of palisade. Under the <br />circumstances I dQ not believe that a warranty deed can be properly <br />executed; however, I am open to SU9gestion as to how the intent of <br />the contract might be fulfilled.
