On the request for reimbursement or credit for <br />previous costs in the amount of $179,824.42, <br />please be advised that we will allow the company <br />credit in the amount of $133,396.75 which includes <br />$22,855.75 of the Bruns' cost analysis report, <br />$107,971.00 for R/W acquisition, $2,370.00 for <br />legal fees and $200.00 for the plan filing fee. <br /> <br />2. We will approve payment of the full $29,607.00 for <br />current engineering charges. <br /> <br />3. We will pay future project costs in full until <br />CWCB has matched your $133,396.75 credit <br />allowance.
