The undersigned incorporator, for the purpose of
establishing a corporation under the provisions of the
Colorado Nonprofit Corporation Act, hereby aQopts the
following Articl~s of Incorporation:

Article 1: Name

The name of this corporation is Kings PO'., Ho~eowners
Association, a Colorado nonprofit corporation.

Article 2: Duration

The period of duration of the corporation shall be
perpetual.

Article 3: Purposes

The purposes for which the corporation is organized arc
as follows:

3.1 Nonprofit purpose: The corporation is organized to
be the Association to which reference is !'lade in the Protective
Covenants for Kings Row Subdivision, a land subdivision in
Garfield County and Eagle County, State of Colorado, as recorded
in Book 484 at Page 456 of the office of the Clerk and Recorder
of Garfield County, Colorado, and any amendments thereof recorded
'from time to time.

3.2 The corporation shall acquire, own, lease, hold, use,
transfer and convey any and all real or personal property that
may be necessary to attain the purposes of the corporation.

3.3 The corporation shall act in the State of Colorado,
and in any state, district or possession of the United States,
or in any foreign country, in its capacity as a nonprofit
corporation.

3.4 The corporation shall do everything necessary and
proper for the accomplishment of the purposes herein set forth
and do all other things incidental ,thereto.
