Sanitation services, including storm drainage, etc.

In order to provide those services, the District receives revenue from three sources:

1) Tap fees that are assessed to owners/developers to pay for installation of facilities

to their property; 2) water/sewer/storm drainage charges billed to users on a

monthly basis; and 3) from property taxes. Those revenues allow the District to

effectively install, operate and maintllin the following quality systems.

c.

Water System

All permanent water supply sources, treatment and storage facilities, and all major

distribution lines within the District have been constructed by the District. A

general layout of the existing and proposed water system for the District is shown on
Figure 2. The District intends to add capacity to these systems as growth and
financial ability dictates. Expansion of the Wastewater Treatment Plant will be
funded by the District. New wells and well pumps will also be constructed by the
District and any required water storage which the District determines to be required

will be constructed by the District. AllY extensions of the District systems will be at

the sole expense of the developer(s) seeking the extension. All distribution lines and

transmission lines will be constructed to District standards as they may be modified

from time to time. Any extensions, additions, modifications or changes to the water

system shall require approval of the District prior to construction.
