The District is governed by an elected five-member <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Directors. Day-to.day operations are managed by the District manager and <br /> <br /> <br />staff. The District's office is located at 7404 Yorkshire Drive, Douglas County, <br /> <br />Colorado. Office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., phone number 688.8550 and <br /> <br />after hours through Castle Pines Emergency Services at 688.6446. <br /> <br />Services Provided <br /> <br /> <br />According to the Service Plan adopted by the District in 1984 and Amended in 1994, <br /> <br /> <br />services provided by the District include: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Parks or recreational facilities or programs; <br /> <br /> <br />2. Safety protection through traffic and safety controls and devices on streets and <br /> <br /> <br />highways at railroad crossings; <br /> <br /> <br />3. Street improvements through the construction and installation of curbs, <br /> <br /> <br />gutters, sidewalks, culverts, and other drainage facilities, and paving, lighting, <br /> <br />grading, landscaping, and other street improvements; <br /> <br />4.
