The <br />total project cost Including 30 percent for engineering, legal fees, and contingen- <br />cies would be $1,866,068. <br /> <br />The North Poudre Irrigation Company has applied for a $1,800,000 loan from the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board which will be repaid over a 40 year period at <br />a two (2) percent Interest rate making the annual payment $66,800. <br /> <br />The payment of North poudre's share of the total project cost Is expected to be <br />paid through assessments and from the sale of a portion of the water. The <br />Increase In assessments are expected to be approximately $7 to $10 per share <br />starting In 1993. This will vary depending on the amount and the price of the <br />water sold. <br /> <br />v. <br />
