Please see the attached project summary, maps and a letter from Walter <br />Welton, the President of the Company. <br /> <br />Backf:round <br /> <br />Consolidated submitted a loan application and a draft feasibility study along with a <br />number of other documents on December 22, 1998 for the Fortune Reservoir Project. <br />Geotechnical and hydrologic investigations as well as a final proj ect design have been <br />completed. The State Engineer's Office is currently reviewing the design submittal by <br />Tuttle Applegate of Denver. <br /> <br />Staffreview of the draft feasibility study indicates that there remains a substantial amount <br />of work to be done to satisfactorily complete the study. Staff will recommend that any <br />loan approval be conditioned upon the completion and acceptance of a full feasibility <br />study, which meets the requirements of the CWCB Construction Fund Guidelines. <br /> <br />Proiect SDonsor and Facilities <br /> <br />The Consolidated Mutual Water Company is a mutually owned, non-profit corporation. <br />The Company's service area includes unincorporated areas of Jefferson County as wen as <br />
