That the construction assessment shall be 3% of <br />the assessed value of all of the property within the <br />District and that the assessment on the property located <br />within the flood plain area of the District shall be 18% <br />of the assessed value of said property, such assessments <br />to be levied and paid in accordance with the provisions <br />of Title 37, Article 5 of the 1973 Colorado Statutes <br />Annotated. <br /> <br />2. That the report of the appraisers is hereby <br />approved and confirmed. <br /> <br />3.
