A copy of this is being forwarded to <br />Nick Ioannides together with a copy of this letter. <br /> <br />The assessments approved by the Court should develop <br />the following revenue: <br /> <br />(1) 3 percent of the total assessed value of all of the <br />property in the District valued at $2,409,320 amounts to <br />$72,279.10 <br /> <br />(2) 15 percent of the total assessed value in the Flood <br />Plain area valued at $847,392.89 develops the $127,108.93 for <br />a total Construction Fund of $199,388.53 to paid out over a <br />period of 40 years and collected within a period of 30 years. <br /> <br />Our assessments will go out as soon as possible so that <br />we may start collecting them ne~t year (1987). <br /> <br />If you have any questions or commen~s, please advise. <br /> <br />Yours very truly, <br /> <br /> <br />~. <br />
