The only storage that would be in <br />Fort Morgan would be a 300,000 gallon elevated water tank, to stabilize the pressure in <br />the City. Since the treated water ground storage would be at Bijou, the 33-inch pipeline <br />to the City is sized to carry the max-hour flow rate of 10.9 MGD. This would require a <br />larger pipe than Alternative #1.
