Morgan (BBF) <br /> <br />With this alternative the raw water reservoir and the water treatment plant would be <br />located on the hill east of Bijou Creek in Section 20. The ground level (4.2 MG) and <br />elevated (0.3 MG) treated water storage would be in the City, and the 22-inch pipeline <br />would deliver the max-day flow of 7.0 MGD with minimum head remaining.
