This has not been evaluated in this study. <br />o Federal Fundina Although not considered as a source of financing in <br />this phase of the Study, a potential source af project funding that <br />should be considered in future phases of this phase of the Study is <br />appropriated federal funds. Such funds may be available for a <br />project that is regional in nature such as an east-west slope <br />cooperative development to provide water to a variety of users and <br />also that provides outdoor recreation opportunities. <br />7=6 <br />
