<br />As requested, we are submitting the following Proposal to review the per-
<br />fo'rmance and the operation of the Rangley Water Treatment Plant, and to
<br />subsequently write a short report of our findings and conclusions. Addition-
<br />ally, the Proposal contains provisions for additional work related to
<br />potential settlements or court actiOns,
<br />
<br />PROPOSAL
<br />
<br />SCOPE OF WORK
<br />
<br />The scope of work is divided into two phases:
<br />
<br />Investigative Report
<br />
<br />Wright-McLaughlin Engineers will review the design drawings on the Rangley
<br />Water Treatment Plant (including appurtenances), ",ater qual ity data of
<br />influent and effluent, diversion and plant production data, and other
<br />pertinent data. After such review, our personn~l will visit the Rangley
<br />Plant to conduct tests and to discuss the apparent problems with the Plant
<br />operator and others as may seem appropriate.
<br />
<br />Upon completion of the plan review and physical inspection, the Consultant
<br />will prepare a short report of the findings,and potential remedial measures,
<br />The report will be furnished to CWCB with ten (10) copies,
<br />
<br />Post Report Work
<br />
<br />As requested, the Consultant wil I remain available to provide consul-
<br />tation during negotiations or possible future court actions,
<br />
