These securities <br />include, but are not limited to, those payable from revenues <br />deri ved from: <br /> <br />a. The operation of <br />acquired or bettered with the <br /> <br />the project <br />proceeds; <br /> <br />or capi tal <br /> <br />improvement <br /> <br />b. Any other projects or improvements; <br /> <br />c. The available proceeds of any sales tax, <br />other excise tax, or; <br /> <br />use tax, or <br /> <br />d. Any part or combination of such sources. <br /> <br />g~~~_l~Q~~ici~l_B~~~~~~_~QnQE~ <br /> <br />Industrial reverue bonds may be issued as <br />Statute. <br /> <br />provided <br /> <br />by Colorado <br /> <br />~~~}_~QnQE_iQc_~Q~~i~l_Qc_bQ~~l_lmQcQ~gmg~iE_~iElci~l~~ <br /> <br />Subject to the approval of the owners of more than half of the <br />property in the area concerned the Council may, by ordinance, <br />contract for or construct special or local improvements within <br />specified districts of the City. The Council shall determine the <br />methods of assessing the cost of these improvements. The Council <br />may provide a speci~l surplus ~nd -dYficiency fund. This fund <br />shall provide separate aecounting - for any surplus or deficiency <br />~fter the bonds for a district are completely paid. Any surplus <br />may be applied to any other speci~l improvements. <br /> <br />In addition, in consideration of general benefits <br />con~erred on the City at large from construction or installation <br />of improvements in special or local improvements districts, for <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br />8-8 <br />
