There should be a late
charge after a lS-day grace period, with any-interest to be
equal to what a stockholder pays for a delinquency.

The Town should have the ability to take water.
from another North Poudre source in the event of a major
prOblem at Reservoir No.3. North poudre would agree to
allow alternate delivery from any point under The North
Poudre Irrigation Company system. Water could not be taken
for delivery from Horsetooth Reservoir because that is not
under the system.

1
1
1
I,
1
1
1
1
I
1
1
I~

North Poudre would not guarantee that it would
take any more water from the Town for any price. However,
the Town sho~ld be able to use to advantage money to be
collected from anyone who wished to annex to the Town by
using the formula and collecting an amount equal to what the
Town must pay for its water, plus such additional amount as
the Town Board sets as appropriate for its ability to pro-
vide the water and for any handling and administrative
charges.

If the Town would desire to acquire additional
North Poudre stock, units in the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District (Horsetooth Water) or other water
rights, the North Poudre Board and the Town Board would have
to deal with that situaLion if and when it occurred.

Respectfully submitted,

Harlan Seaworth, President
The North poudre Irrigation Company

I
