<br />potential water resources project of the Grand Mesa Water <br />Conservancy District pursuant to the plan of study attached <br />hereto as Appendix C, to which study the State will contribute <br />Seventy-Four Thousand Dollars ($74,000) pursuant to a feasibility <br />contract between the State and PRC Engineering. The draft final <br />report for the study shall be made available by the State to the <br />Contractor for review and comment prior to its finalization. Two <br />copies of the final report shall be provided to the Contractor. <br /> <br />6. This contract is personal in nature and assignment of <br />performance by the Contractor to another is prohibited unless <br />prior approval in writing is granted by the State. <br /> <br />7. The Contractor is an independent contractor and as such <br />is not entitled to any benefits of the State personnel system. <br /> <br />8.
