Identify the relative priorities of water users in the Surface Creek Water <br />System and the extent each has historically been able to obtain water. <br /> <br />2. Modify the basin simulation model developed in Sub-Task No. 2.12 and <br />operate the basin model under the improved management conditions identi- <br />fied in Sub-Task No. 2.13 to determine quantities and timing of releases from <br />storage required as replacement for out-of-priority diversions by upstream <br />junior rights. <br /> <br />PRODUCTS: <br /> <br />1.
