Performance Schedule and Deliverables <br /> <br />All deliverables, in five copies, shall be submitted to the Bureau <br />Project Off ice. All ~Iork and report s hereunder sha 11 .be completed <br />and submitted in final form no later than October I, 1980. <br /> <br />The State's sumnary draft report shall be due no later than AU9ust 1; <br />1980. The Bureau shall provide its comments in writing within 30 days <br />after receipt of the draft. The final report shall be submitted <br />within 30 days after the State's receTpt of the Bureau's comments (on <br />or about October I, 1980). Monthly progress reports shall be sub- <br />mitted no later than the 15th of each month covering the previous <br />month's activities. <br /> <br />2. Payment Provisions <br /> <br />Payments shall be made on a monthly basis for all reasonable, allocable, <br />and allowable costs incurred by the State for performance hereunder. <br />Invoices, in triplicate, shall be submitted directly to the Contracting <br />Officer. Costs claimeu shall be identified as State costs or subcon- <br />tractor costs and shall include a breakdown for direct and indirect <br />charges and. profit. <br /> <br />3. Budget <br /> <br />The total estimated budget for this cooperative agreement is $250,000 <br />(cost reimburseable), detailed, in part, as follows: <br /> <br />a. $200,000 (estimated) subcontractor costs <br />b. $9.625 (estimated) State Information/Public Affairs Specialist <br />(7 man-months at $1.375) <br />c. $2,000 (estimated) State travel expenses <br />d.. State overhead reimbursement shall be at the rate of 8.7 percent <br />of subcontractor and State direct charges <br /> <br />~. Contracting Officer's Technical Representative <br /> <br />Mr. Lawrence L. Nelson is designated ilS the COIR (Contracting Officer's <br />Technical Representative) to act in all technical matters (only) <br />during the term of the cooperative agreemerrt. The COTR and the <br />State's project manager shall work closely to insure that all require- <br />ments are being met. The COTR's responsibilities include, but are not <br />limited to, the following: <br /> <br />-'. <br />1 <br />
