Construction of the proposed improvements is not judged to <br />significantly add or subtract O&M costs compared to the present costs. In the <br />event that the City has extraordinary costs beyond the scope of normal O&M costs, <br />an emergency operating fund will be set up to pay for these costs. As shown on <br />Table 7.1, columns 3 and 4, this emergency operating fund will be accumulated in <br />annual installments of $1,000.00 up to a total of $10,000.00. <br /> <br />45 <br />
