A recent (9/2/86) sample and analysis report prepared by the Industrial
Laboratories Company is shown on Table 4.7. These results are typical of the
water quality within the City's system. This water requires minimum treatment
for human consumption and typically has no negative taste, color, odor, biocides,
or other parameters affecting its use, given proper treatment and disinfection
through the City's water treatment facility.

Table 4.7

Water Quality Analysis Report
City of Victor Water Treatment Plant
9/2/86

Analysis

Standard

Result

Tu rb i d i ty
Arsenic
Barium
Cadmium
Chromium
Fluoride
Lead
Me rcu ry
Nitrate Nitrogen
Selenium
Silver
Endrin
Lindane
Methoxychlor
Toxaphene
2.4-D
2.4-STP (Silver)
Sodium

1.0 NTU
0.05 mg/L
1.00 mg/L
0.01 mg/L
0.05 mg/L
2.4 mg/L
0.05 mg/L
0.002 mg/L
10mg/L
0.01 mg/L
0.05 mg/L
0.0002 mg/L
0.004 mg/L
0.1 mg/L
0.005 mg/L
0.1 mg/L
0.01 mg/L

1.0 NTU
0.01 mg/L
0.1 mg/L
0.0014 mg/L
ND 0.005 mg/L
2.2 mg/L
0.007 mg/L
ND 0.001 mg/L
0.1 mg/L
0.0060 mg/L
ND 0.0002 mg/L
ND 0.0001 mg/L
ND 0.001 mg/L
ND 0.001 mg/L
ND 0.002 mg/L
ND 0.01 mg/L
ND 0.005 mg/L
7.0 mg/L

29
