<br />interpretation, exewtion and enforcement o( [his contract. Any provision ol this con[ract whe�her or no[ inmr-
<br />pore[ed herein by reference which provides for arbitration by any ex[ra-judicial body or person or which is olheo-
<br />wise in contlici with said laws, rules and regulations shall be considered null and void. No[hing contained in any
<br />provi5ion inco�porated herein by reference which purpons [o nega[e this or any other special provision in whole or
<br />in part shall be valid or enforceable or available in any ac[ion at law whether 6y way o(complain[, defense or o[her-
<br />wise. Any provision rendered null and void by the opere[ion of Ihis provision will not invalidate the remainder of
<br />�his contract to the eztent that the con[rac[ is capable of ezecution.
<br />8. Al all limes during the per(ortnance of this Contract, the Contraaor shall strictly �dhere to all applicable
<br />federal and sta�e laws, mles and regulations that have been or may hereafier be established.
