, � <br />� <br />District ahall furniah to the Contracting Officer monthly written reports for <br />" auch itema as quantity of earth removed and concrete inatalled and the costa <br />incurred by the Diatrict pursuant to this contract for the preceding month. <br />Upon completion of the Project, the District ahall furnish reproducible prints <br />of "as-built" drawings and operating instructions of all ma�or structures as <br />requested by the Contracting Officer. <br />(b) All work undertaken by the District pursuant to Chis contract <br />shall be subject to inspection by the Contracting Officer at all times. Should <br />it be determined by the Contracting Officer that any work is not being performed <br />or has not been completed in accordance with the approved plans, designs, <br />specifications, and schedules, and the terms and provisions of this contract, <br />the District shall be given written notice thereof within a reasonable time <br />after the inspection. No work undertaken by the District hereunder shall be <br />deemed complete until approved in writing by the Contracting Officer. <br />(c) The District shall prepace and furnish to the Contracting <br />Officer quartetly financial reports including, but not limited to, a certificate <br />of deposits and withdrawals, copies of checks to support expenditures, <br />supporting invoices, construction contr8ctors' earnings, copies of bank <br />statements, and a report showing expendltures from United States' funds, <br />District's funds, and the Colorado Watet Conservation,Fund. <br />(d) The District may utilize such independent, expert, consulting <br />or supervisory services as it may deem aecessary, and the reasonable cost of <br />such services shall be considered part of the cost of the work performed. <br />7 <br />
