RESOLUTION

on October 14, 1977, the Town Council of

Starkville, Colorado, having reviewed the

feasibility report as prepared by Engineering

firm of Donald Sutherland Associates, Inc.,

and,

after due discussion the Town Council formally

requests of the Colorado Water Conservation

Board assistance in securing financing of the

project improvements, and

the project improvements are estimated at

1,120,000

for the 1978 construction year, and

the Town of Starkville has the limited ability

of financing the project but can make annual

payments of $7,312..00 and

the Town of Starkville requests the State
to provide a low interest advance compatable
with the annual payment schedule, and
