Our town is in a very poor financial position and
requests maximum assistance from the State and Federal Agencies to
provide us the help needed for this community to continue as a Town
in Colorado. In the past, we have expanded our storage facilities,
constructed a small well, and operated the system without assistance
from outside our community.

~

-

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

Rising costs for major repair work force our community
to solicit all available sources of funding.
